Group Bookings:
We take a very limited number of group bookings at any one time and a group area on our campsite will be allocated. We request that the booking is coordinated by one member of the party who will provide all of the information regarding each pitch and make arrangements to pay for the whole of the group. Please be aware that we do not accept individual bookings for families/customers who are known to each other, unless we can accommodate them on a group area. Inevitably you will want to meet up together and this is not possible on individual pitches as there will not be sufficient space and gathering would not be acceptable to neighbouring pitches. We reserve the right to refuse/turn away any customers booking individual pitches as part of a wider group.
Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation is made more than 10 days prior to arrival, a full refund of fees, less one nights non-refundable/transferable deposit will be made. For cancellations made less than 10 days prior to arrival, a refund (less the one-night non-refundable/transferable deposit) will only be made if the pitch can be re-let. No refund of payments will be made for cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to arrival.
We advise that you take out your own travel insurance to cover you in the event that you are unable to travel, stay with us, or need to leave early due to illness or other unforeseen circumstances.
No refunds will be given due to early departure or bad weather.
Your booking will be covered in the event of the following:
1. Closure of Bridge Villa due to a National lockdown or tier restrictions being enforced in our area.
2. The Government placing restrictions on domestic travel.
These terms and conditions are reviewed as and when required and may be amended prior to your stay.
